Specificity Sensitivity: Phospho-Syk (Tyr323) Antibody detects endogenous levels of Syk only when phosphorylated at Tyr323. It does not cross-react with other tyrosine-phosphorylated members of the Syk/Zap-70 tyrosine kinase family.
